Problem for GMC 1998 Sierra
99 sierra sluggish when first started,

99 sierra sluggish when first started, i just replaced the fuel filter and pump. Filter 2 weekeds before the pump and it was fine before i changed the filter. Had a single incident where it didnt wanna start so i changed the filter.
Could it just be a bad filter or? Oils fine and not throwing any codes. Once its above 1/4 on the temp guages it runs fine
