Is the ATF(transmission fluid)/Power steering fluid resevior the same thing on a 1994 Geo Prizm?

- I was trying to check my power steering fluid level, but when I read the manual realley didn't describe the location of where to check it, ie...the location of the dipstick. The illustration displayed on shows a dipstick w/ low and full lines. It does not describe where it is located, or illustrate the resevior itself. Then I read on to find the transmission fluid, but it only describes filling w/ proper ATF fluid. I inquired online and someone stated that the power steering fluid and ATF fluid are the same on some vehicles. I am wondering if this is the case with my 1994 Geo Prizm.Clarification Request
