Where's the air bag shut off? -97 jeep tj

my 97 jeep tj has some issues {(like all jeeps) the gauges dont work and the radio cut off as well the interior light no longer works and they all died at the same time. i have been reading up on this and it seems tat alot of jeeps have this issue. and i have read that if you play with the air bag shut off switch it some timesfizes it. but where do i find the air bag shut off?

There is no shut off. You have to pull the fuse behind the glove box! I know I got one.
