Loud squeaking when I turn the wheel left or right

i would have the drive (serpentine) belt inspected and make sure they look at the tensioner and the fluid level on the power steering pump. if they have to add the pump, you have a leak and it should be tended to. you can look under the hood and check the power steering fluid level yourself and make sure not to over fill or you will create a mess (no danger, just messy).
