Sounds like the low tire pressure indicator. Check your tire pressure is correct in all four tires. This happens when the tempature outside starts to drop and so does the pressure in the tires. The recommended tire pressure should be listed on the inside of the driver's side door. Most tires are 32 psi cold. After the tires have been filled to proper pressure it may take 15 minutes for the light to shut off.

2007 Toyota Corolla A/C - compressor will not stay on consistently even when the temperature is set on the coldest setting. The freon has been checked and it is showing full with two different sets of guages. The compressor intermittently cuts off at different times or fails to come on at all when the A/C button is 'on'. I have verified that the compressor is good and comes on when given power. The magnetic clutch relay has been checked (and replaced) and is fine. The entire A/C heat system (interior panel with clock, dials, A/C & defrost buttons, etc) was replaced and it still will not stay on consistently. Sometimes the compressor just comes on while driving.
