Transmission dosn't always shift down into 3rd on a hill ? Works good other wise.
Do you mean it won't turn over, or won't start? Which? I am guessing you mean won't start, because you checked and replaced those particular parts. First you need to find out if it is getting a spark. Remove a spark plug, re-attach the wire to the plug, and firmly press the base of the plug against the engine or other ground while someone tries to start the car. You can see the plug sparking. Or, you can put a piece of metal, like a nail, into the plug cap and hold the metal very close to the motor or other ground to see if it sparks when someone tries to start the car. Do this carefully or you will get a painful shock. If it doesn't spark, you know the problem is fuel related, not spark related. Let us know what you find out.
