Problem for Dodge 2001 Caravan

2001 Dodge Caravan SE 2.4 Liter 4 Cylinder. Heat doesnt work. I tried changing the coolant, making sure it is at the right level. I also flushed the heater core and both hoses are hot in and out of the core. I tried replacing the air temperature actuator motor for the blower and vent door and still no heat. I feel a little heat for a good 4-5 minutes and then turns cold. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
If so how can I fix it? How can I check it?

- I flushed my heater core. I replaced hoses. Had a new radiator installed. Changed Thermostat. I even replaced the heat blend door motors and still nothing. When I turn the heat on I feel a little heat and on the passenger side you could hear something opening and then snapping closed down at the bottom by your feet. Heat comes on for 4-5minutes and then goes cold. Could it be a blend door itself? Any ideas?

- also if it means anything i feel a little heat up on the top vents but it is always ice cold by passenger foot compartment. Also no matter what position I put it on, upper vents, lower, windshield it always blows where i set it to as well as the passenger foot compartment so Im guessing it is an actual door or something. I need assistance finding it so I may force it closed
