have a 1999 alero-driver side windo quit working --took panel off motor works but cant see how any thing hooks on windoe--2.4-olds alero

- the window goes up and down by hand Some thing came off the window that raises,and lowers it with the motor

IF WINDOW MOTOR WORKS FROM SWITCH.THE WINDOW REGULATOR IS CAUSING WINDOW TO BIND.CHECK REGULATOR FOR BINDING BY DISCONNECTING GLASS FROM IT.MOVE WINDOW UP AND DOWN BY HAND.IT SHOULD MOVE FREELY AND SMOOTHLY.IF NOT REPLACE DAMAGE REGULATOR REPLACE.LUBRICATE NEW PARTS.
