get a test light clip one side on a good ground then look for a small wire on the starter have someone try and start the car while you have the other side of the test light touching the the nut that is holding the small wire on the starter if the light comes on while the helper is try to start the car the starter is most likely bad but make sure that your battery is fully charged.
