check the thermostat....sounds like its staying open...but, why the heater hoses are both hot, could also be a heater core issue as well.....

Hi, Both hoses will be hot even though you have no heat, The supply hose to the heater core has a valve in the hose that is supposed to open when you slide the lever or turn the knob to heat which ever you have. If it has an elect connection, check the heater fuse located under dash, left of drivers seat or under hood in a black plastic fuse box, cant miss it. Good Luck with this, Sincerely, Shastalaker7 PS check you're antifreeze level.

Feel the hoses going into the heater on the firewall. If one is hot and the other is cool, then the heater control valve is not working for whatever reason. Check the flow valve.

sounds like the blend air door inside your heater box may not be moving this could be because of an actuator problem or the door may be broken.
