is the fan not not blowing or does it not have heat or both?

Check to be sure you have water or antifreeze in the radiator and it's full. if it is then check the switching valve on the heater hose under the hood going to the heater core if the side comming from the block is hot and the side going to the heater is just warm then you need to replace the valve.
