You're best bet is to hit up a junkyard. Nobody that I know of is reproducing trim pieces for this car. The side trim was all messed up on my car, so I removed it, broke off the little metal studs holding it on, filed them down flat, and smoothed over a tiny dab of bondo. A little sanding, and a little paint (my car needs painting anyway), and you can never tell the trim was there. The car looks better without it anyway, in my opinion. But if you want to keep it factory correct, eBay and junkyards are your best options. You also might want to take out a wanted ad in something like Hemmings Motor News.

I have a 2000 grand marquis, only the two rear, electric windows don't work, is there something in common to cause this problem ?

One place to check would be to remove the trim from the lower part of the B-pillar (the part between the front and back doors, where the rear door hinges are) on the driver side. There should be a plug near the floor connecting the wiring from the main power window switch on the driver's door to the two rear doors.

This sounds most like a worn lock actuator which wouldn't be uncommon. If you need a diagram on how to replace, let me know.

I broke the driver side outdoor handle on my 1986 grand marquis mercury. How do I replace it?

Buy a replacement handle. Once you have it remove the door trim, remove the screws that hold the handle, unhook the command bars by rotating the handle and take it out. Mount it the opposite way.

How to replace passenger side outside mirror on a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis?

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. You can then remove the bolts securing the mirror onto the door
