If the motor was not at tdc when the timmimg belt

if the motor was not at tdc when the timmimg belt on a pulsa q 1990 model 1.8 and the belt has been removed how do i replace the belt thank you

you have to line up marks on crank belt gear to block and line up cam gear also, go to autozones website it will show you the marks and how to line it up.
