you will have to take the inside door panel off, which will be hard since you can't get the door open. There will be screws in an number of places, along the bottom, on the handle that you you to close the door ect. There are also clips around the outside of the panel itself. Be very careful pulling thes off, bcause you could break the plastic itself. Once you have the panel off, locate the rod that goes from the inside door opener, reach inside and pull it towards the front of the car. This should open the door. For both the handles, there will be 2 or 3 srews holding them onto the door itself. The outside handle will be harder than the inner one to get at. There will also be a clip holding the rod onto the inner part of the handle. It slips off the rod part and the rod will then come out of the handle. Install your new handle by going in reverse order and you should be good to go. Repeat the basic steps with the outer handle.

You should be able to with a pair of pliers perhaps open door from inside -- otherwise you'll need to gain access from the inside panel.
Once the panel is off you should be able to pull the lever to open the door .......I hope this helps you.
