Sounds like one of the injectors is stuck open, or the fuel pressure regulator is faulty. You can disable the fuel pump and see if it clears up right before it runs out of fuel pressure. You can also check the spark plugs for ones that are fuel soaked.
is it idling high and you put it i gear it runs rougher and smoke black check your coolant sensor also connection or sensor itself and fuel pressure if high check for return line blockage also vacuum leaks make sure you have the right vacuum going to your map sensor you need to check right vaccum at idle going to your map sensor/
its posible that the inside lining of the tank is coming off and plugging the fuel pump strainer,or at least thats what happened to my f150,and its not getting enough fuel pressure.
