My 1999 Acura CL 3.0 a/c issues

My 1999 Acura CL 3.0 began to give me problems with the A/C. The a/c blower will not turn off. i have pressed the off button on the digital climate controls but still runs, and it runs on any speed. When i do turn on the a/c, the compressor turns on intermittenly, more off than on. When it's on it works great, but normally if it doesn't come on within the first few minutes will won't come on at all. I have searched high and low for the issue, checked the fuses, don't know if there are any relays...could it be a problem with the climate cluster. the problem just started 3 days ago...
