Me again with the1997 gmc stalling,run fuel pump test,

no year car told, no engine told and is a pure engine/EFI question.
a minute not 10second and dies,
the dash IMMO lamp must not be unhappy or the engine is immoblizeds in 1 to 10 seconds. most cars or dead totally others.
well , there are 50 causes or stalls on all engines
we do up to 20 test using 10 or more tools to find real cause. guessing 50 times , no shop does that .

can take the line and put in a can of gas it will run????????? HUH?
this means test fuel works? sprayed into the intake
and runs means it runs for 3seconds on test fueL and stalls/

we cant see your acts there, Impossible. too.

here is the order (pure physics Otto cycle gas engine) ASE rules( books/training)
engine must be good. (compressing tests pass and test fuel works.)
spark must be good. if is test fuel works and and runs for 3 second
is all a good sign
then last is fuel all above ok testing
fuel pressure must be at spec, no car told SO can not look that up.

Fuel pump ? fuel pump relay ? Test the circuit . Fuel pump electrical circuit diagnosis no fuel pressure testing GM

you say fuel pressure is good, but what is it? what is the fuel pressure when it stalls out? Spec is 60-66 psi and it wont run if its 55 psi. the fuel pump relay should be good if the pump runs. Make sure the ground for the pump is good , G402 should be on left frame rail. you may have had it off to replace the pump? maybe? it may be time to stop guessing and have a repair shop diagnose it for you. You sure have replaced a lot of good parts.

try having the fault codes read to find the sensor responsible

Check for vacuum leaks. If its bad enough it can stall out the engine. Also what test were performed to test the fuel pump? I'm asking this because a fuel pump can appear to be working but if you have the incorrect fuel pressure this can cause your symptoms as well. Also check the fuel pressure regulator.

Smell of the oil,to see if the fuel injector(spider)is leaking into the crank case,if so,the intake will have to be removed to repair the problem,oh,and change the oil.

Replace the fuel pump relay, it's easy and cheap.

had this problem on my neighbors 98 chevy truck with the same engine !!
it turnd out too be the fuel pressure regulator,you have too pull the upper intake too replace it!!

Have you chg. fuel filter? If so, best to do a fuel pressure test, sometimes( not always) when the pump gets warmed up they can loose a little pressure and thats all it takes just a few # under recamended p.s.i and the truck quits running, you may hear the pump run but its not putting out the correct pressure until it cools down and it starts working again, but after a while quit all together.
