There is what is called a bearing hub assembly. It is not too hard to replace. If it is a four wheel drive, you have to remove the axel nut. Take off all the brake items, and the rotor, You will see two small holes and one big hole in the spindle that the wheel bolts to. Look inside the big hole and line it up to the three bolts in a triangular patterns to remove them. You will have to work it out depending on rust and age factors. Do not damage the threads on the axel, just keep working to get it out, and use rust penetrate. The assembly is not too expensive, but know if you have 4 wheel anti-lock before you order. the sensor is built into the hub.
