is the wheel tighten up ?? if not the case is sound like from wheel bearing or cv joints going

That is caused by a worn CV joint (constant velocity joint), the universal flexible joint on the end of the front drive shaft. You should get this checked/repaired as soon as possible, if it fails it can cause other damage and leave you stranded
The noise is probably worse when you turn the wheel from full lock to full lock in either direction.
