The locking threads on the back of the stud are striped, how it happen, over torqued nut. If you went to a tire shop the impact was prob set way to high always use a torque wrench to make sure your lugs are to the right foot pound.
To fix this there are a few ways to do this
1. Buy a new Car ....J/k But no joke now, support your car with proper jack stands and the car or truck is secure, because you will be under the vehicle!!!!!!! I don't want you to DIE or become a veggie.
1. if you can see and get to the studs on the back side of the wheel your half way there, if the stud is spinning around there should be some play, if you have access to an air chisel place it between the head of the stud and is mounting surface and pop the head off, and tap out the old stud, keep both peaces of it, take it to your local auto parts store to match it up, to install slide it in from the rear and tap it in with a hammer, that kinda sounded dirty, but if you don't have a an air chisel, its old school time with a hammer and a hand chisel, and be careful not to break or bend or snag or puncture anything but that stud.
2nd way you might get lucky take off all the reset of the lugs and turn the damaged stud to the bottom lower the car where the bulk of the weight is on the stud but still supported by the jack, because safety first and try to impact it off at that point your hand wont do it.
3rd way
if you got all day and a good drill and drill the nut to the stud
4th way shave off the back side of the stud with a grinder and tap it threw.
