Problem for Lexus 1993 Ls 400

Was told it had a code that could mean timing

I was told it had a code that could mean timing belt,cam sensor,coils.Not sure where to start,I did a compression check earlier,and had 125-130 all the way around.It starts,but has extremely low power.Put in new plugs,looks to have quite new wires.Both coils put out 9.5,with ignition on,and 11.5 while starting.
