Hi,
Check the assembling of the pads, ensure there is no air in the system (generally you start with the most distant wheel from the servo and end with the nearest, pump several times on the brake and keep the pedal down while a friend slowly loosens the valve, once the pedal is nearly down, tight the valve and repeat if necessary), clean the brake pads with some solvent, even benzine is good, but be careful, only the surface, maybe the glue between the pad and the base is not solvent-proof, won't amuse me these days.
