4.3 Vortec losing power at higher RPM's. Changed EGR, MAP, Throttle Position Sensor, Wires, Plugs, Cap, Button, Module, Computer, Fuel filter. Ok on idle but to go it spits and sputters

SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A PLUGGED FUEL FILTER OR A DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP, HAVE IT TESTED.
