window will not work, motor does on my 1996 Chryler Town and Country. Is their a diagram for the window and componets, wher can i get it, and what could the problem be?

They use a nylon/plastic gear to raise and lower the window. It sounds as if that gear has gone the way of the dinosaurs. I believe they call the assembly the window lift regulator and it is available. Will probably be cheaper to buy thru Rockauto on line.
