My 1999 Saturn SL (just plain one, nothing fancy) I have trouble cranking it it blows out pure smoke and the smell of raw gas, We can hear the fuel pump come on when we turn key, do you think it could be filter? It was low of gas also but it has done it o me with a half or close to full tank
