It is put into the cooling system and will heal most  leaks.

First thing is to identify where the leak is coming from, if its by the drivers feet I'm not aware of any hoses that route that way, they usually are on the passenger side (the heater core) behing the glove box. If its draining in a few minutes a can of radiator stop leak won't help. You probably have a broken hose or fitting loose/broken. You need to get under the car while its running or leaking and look for obvious signs of leakage then we can try and determine the fix for it.
