Problem for Toyota 1993 Camry V6

I have a 1993 toyota camry le.. when i have been

i have a 1993 toyota camry le.. when i have been driving and turn car off, if only for a few mins. car wont start it will power up and try to turn over. no clicking sounds.usually if i pump the gas it will start. if not in takes anywhere from 10 mins to 30 mins to finally turn over.
