mounting bolts coming loose on steering rack.....is this a common fault?

hi, no this isnt a common fault at all and could be damgerous, has any work been done so that these bolts have been undone or not,
Make sure the bolts a tightened properly as it could cause accident if they came off completely,
If you are unsure get the bolts checked to see if they are correct type.
