is offering a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus Sedan LXi in New Orleans, LA. ... remote keyless entry w/2 transmitters remote trunklid releasespeed control ...
ok we changed the crank sincere and still don't have any spark to my plug's and everyone is telling me different things checked the fuses and the fuel pump is working . it is a 1995 Chrysler cirrus lx 2.5 V6 please help
Are the fuses good? With the car off and the interior light on, if you try to operate sunroof, does the light dim? If yes, motor is trying to work but stuck. If light stays the same then motor not getting power. Fuses, wiring, bad switch, loose connection. Have to play detective.
There's a small possibility that mechanical cables or pulleys broken stuck, or worn out. Sunroofs look simple but they are very complicated!
Had the same problem on my 1999 cirrus lxi. Replaced the output speed sensor on the tranny and topped off the tranny fluid... cleared the check engine light and the cirrus ran great. Caution...the output speed sensor reqires removal of the front left tie and plastic weatherproofing to replace. once you find it's locvation, the replacement is relatively easy.
try the start sensor, that could be you problem, and another thing try to check the fuse panel too,the one inside the car and the one under the hood, good luck
Don't buy it. My husband and I have a 1996 Cirrus and it is a money pit. We have only owned the thing for a short while but we have already had to fix some major problems - and now the horn won't stop honking and the shim we are using to stop it from doing so is no longer working. We are going to have to take apart the steering column and disable the horn at this point. Hope its not connecting to any of the tail lights!
