first turn off radio to keep from locking it out then remove the negative battery cable.now to remove blower motor on blazer go under the hood remove pcm computer from the top of the coolant recovery tank,then remove the coolant recovery tank your heater blower motor behind the housing remove blower motor electrical connectors then remove blower motor housing bolts then you right at the blower motor.
The doors for your heater are vacuum controlled. Somewhere under your hood there is a vacuum tank. you probably have removed the vacuum source to this tank, which is wht your heat will not change. This tank may be in the shape of a round ball, and should have two small vacuum connections on it. One goes inside to your heater components, the other needs to be connected to a vacuum source on your engine.
