Most likely, you have either a bad center air-bag computer, or contamination on the wiring connections of the center air bag computer.
This unit resides under the center console, behind the shifter. If beverages spill in this area, the wire connector could get compromised, and stop the computer from working properly. Toyota has issued a recall regarding this issue, you best bet is to contact a dealer, and have it checked out.
