Turn signals are working but the hazzards will not

From the description I would agree, it is the hazard switch.

If my memory is correct, the switch on the top, moves another plastic switch sideways into the MFS.

When you push down on the hazard switch, do you feel a click ?
Could be the switch to switch plastic ramp is not longer in contact, if you do not feel the click.

The hazard flasher and the normal turn signal flasher are the same item, so if the turn signals work, the flasher is fine.

The switch section of the hazard switch is inside the MFS, along with the turn signal contacts.
If you do get the click from pressing the hazard switch down, you can remove the MFS, and remove the Torx screws to get to the contacts, but be careful if you take this apart, as the springs can go flying.

Quick test is to remove the steering wheel cover, and try to slide the plastic switch portion on the MFS in, to see if they work.

Contacts in the multi function switch get dirty. Try cycling the hazard switch button around ten times. If they still don't work you will need a multi function switch. There is no flasher that can be replaced.

Since the turn signal are working, then the electrical
supply is okey. It is the hazard switch contact problem.
Just check this up, it may need some cleaning job or
a possible replacement.
