Follow the link below for an intense article about P1135 and possible solutions. It sounds like it's most likely an O2 sensor but there are other possibilities.

Well, a good start would be telling which Engine, Trans, Fed or California emmissions. But its a Air/Fuel ratio sensor heater problem.

1999 toyota camry xle 3.0 liter after changing the o2 sensor the thermostat it still gives me the same codes p0125 p1135 p1133 p1153 why

Then it is time to consult an expert local shop. As you have learned no doubt that throwing parts at the problem gains you nothing.

1999 toyota camry 6 cylinder check engine trouble codes

That's a lot going on! If those are real errors, you could spend some time and money fixing it. May not be too hard, but if you have an electrical gremlin somwe here causing the problem, then that could be a pain to fix.
If clearing the code for inspection is your goal, you could look into an OBD2 bluetooth scanner to work with your phone. I use one along with Torque for Android. I can check and clear codes with my phone, but I do 95% of my maintenance myself.

2002 toyota camry 4 cylinder. my scanner comes up with code P1135 and intake valve timing. what do I need to fix to clear this code?

You could try changing the oil and using synthetic, maybe a lighter flavor like 0-30w for a while but you will likely need to have the cam sprocket replaced. Toyota has issued a service bulletin relating to this problem, it involves an oil pressure activated variable cam timing sprocket that gets stuck in the wrong position. Some people have had success getting their dealers to pay for this but I wouldn't count on it by any means.

2002 toyota le 29,780 Miles check light on during driving code p1135

Code p1135 is a code for an Air/Fuel sensor (oxygen sensor). Bank 1 sensor 1. IT comes up when their is a problem with air/fuel mixture in the engine. It would be anything from a blocked air cleaner, faulty or fouled spark plugs to a blocked exhaust pipe/catalytic convertor. I would get these checked out, and if they are all fine the sensor its self or sensor circuit may have failed, requireing replacement. With your low miles, hopefully this maybe covered under warranty if it is the sensor.

Engine light comes on with code p1135 control fuel air metering. how do i fix this?

P1135: A/F Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Your first O2 sensor is not getting heated either because the wiring to the sensor is bad or the heater inside the sensor is bad. If you have a four cylinder this would be the only O2 sensor you have before the catalyst. I would just replace the sensor, clear the code, and see if it comes back.
