The two experts who have assisted your are correct.
You cannot reuse a head gasket once it has been installed.
If you do try to resue the head gasket, it will not seal; you will have sever oil and coolant leaks, and a loss of compression, the engine may not even start. In short, new head gaskets are mandatory.
You can't, the gasket has already done it's job. You need a new gasket set.
Pull the head off from the 1 van and provided that you do not have burnt valves or cracked head you should be able clean the head /block surface and with a new head gasket put all together.
You don't, not the head gasket anyway. You should always replace the gasket with a new one. You can use a cylinder head off one vehicle for another as long as it's the same engine. But have the head checked by a automotive machine shop prior to installation so it can be checked for cracks and warpage.
