just take a screw driver or pry bar and open the door and it ll pop off. It has clips that snap into the door to hold it on. dont let it fall to the ground or it will pull out wires for windows and door locks. set a box or something under it to keep it from falling to the ground.

I have a 1999 explorer sport that the rear wiper does not work. I have already replaced the wiper assembly, checked the fuse under the hood, switched the wiper relay with another known to be good and tested the wiper switch all are good. I have also checked the rear window switch with an ohm meter. I do not have a wire diagram to test wires so does anyone have a diagram or answer to solve this problem.

There is sth. wrong with my 1999 Ford Explorer's factory-installed CD & FM & AM & Casttle Audio System. The LCD always fade out, it looks like it is mainly because of the AUTO-light adjust system. Sometimes, it can be displayed very dim. How can I fix this problem, or disable the Auto-light adjust on this section? Another problem, the heat/ air condition wind controller seems to work only on full or stop. It doesn't work if I pull the switch to somewhere in the middle.
