In my '95 Mustang V6, when I turn to the left while sitting still or barely moving there is a substantial noise that sounds like rubber-on-rubber squawking. When I turn the other direction, or while moving above about 5mph it's fine.

I have a 1995 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L, 5 speed manual. I have a problem where sometimes the car will not start so I let it sit for awhile and it may or may not start again, I guess it depends on its mood. The car even will shut off while in motion but will usually fire back up on its own. I took it in for a diagnostic and had the fuel pump replaced (Feb 2009) which worked for awhile until the car started back to its old tricks. I have pulled the following codes from the OBD I - 53 (TP sensor above max circuit - replaced TP sensor already), 95 (fuel pump secondary circuit failure - PCM to ground) and 39 (automatic overdrive not operating properly). The last tune up was not too long ago and the fuel filter has been recently replaced. The MAF was also replaced maybe 5 years ago.
