my 2001 chevy blazer i believe is stuck in 4 wheel drive hi but I have no lights at the buttons. All three lights will come on briefly during start up but then all of the lights will go out. I can't tell what it is on. Has any one had this problem or know the solution?

Make sure your tires are worn evenly. If you have mismatched tires or uneven wear it can cause your 4x4 to become hard to disengage. I know it sounds strange but I've seen it on several occasions, Good luck.

I have owned my 1996 Cavalier for just over a month and I notice that it seems to rev alot when you start moving forward and takes along time to find second gear. The car also jerks sometimes when you put your foot on the pedal to move from a stop position ie: waiting at the lights. Can anyone give me any ideas to what this might mean? Is it the transmission?

83 Ford F350 Diesel Dually Smoking from oil Dipstick When the engine warm up, the smoke escapes from the oil dipstick hole. Is it normal for diesel engines? Last week I add smoke stop additive to my oil as it smoke white from the exhaust. It reduces the smoke from the exhaust, but now it is smoking from the oil dipstick. Any help would be appreciated.
