- If you think it's the Passlock system giving you problems, here is the best thing you can do. My In-laws had the Passlock system go bad on there Grand AM GT and was in the shop once a year and when the warranty was out, they was not going to pay the $900.00 repair that they wanted. Go to http://www.gmpasslock.com/ and you can by the passlock by pass for around $70.00 and you'll know you will never have the passlock problem ever again. Keep me posted friend.
