Problem for Chevrolet 1998 K1500

Experiencing minor leaks on '98 K1500 5.7 L Z71

Experiencing minor leaks on front and rear differential, transfer case and oil pan (and possible 4spd auto transmission pan). This truck only has 98K worth of very tender miles. Do I need new seals, or just due to tighten up the bolts? If just a re-tighten, what are the Measures on the bolt pressure? The Jiffy Lube guy is getting tired of oil on his helmet!
