replace your blower resister,it is located by you blower motor,that will fix your problem,

for the most part its the temp limited switch next to the blower motor it has two screws on each side and there is a plug in the middle give these websites a try www.autozone.com and www.alldatadiy.com if all fails stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your car wish you the best of luck michigan Man

there is a ballst resistor or "fan controll module"(for any body under 30)that controlls fan speed and when that burns out it only operates on high. it should be located nearest the fan under the passenger side of the dash.
