I'm having an electrical problem. The front and rear wipers, turn signals and overhead light aren't working. I thought it might be the alternator but the headlights, fog lights and defoggers seem to be fine. I've checked terminal connections and they are all fine. As for fuses and relays I'm not sure how to tell which could be causing a problem with all those items. The things that are not working are still getting some power but not enough to run properly. For example when I open the car door the overhead light should come on and still does but is so dim that it is useless. However when I turn on the overhead using the headlight/display lighting controls it works fine. Any ideas?
