If you mean that the door handle won't work, you probably have a broken connector on the door latch. The only way to repair this is to pull the door panel off. Kind of tricky if you haven't done this before. A trip to the library and a look at a Motor's or similar repiar manual will show how to remove. Sometimes the plastic clip that holds the horizontal rod breaks. Most of the time it has just popped off. Hope this helps.
