I think my alternator went out, however this will be the fourth one in three years two this year alone it has a new battery

Where are you getting your alternators from? are they used? Rebuilt? New? Rebuilt alternators are not what they used to be they have cheap made in china regulators and are assembled by mass production in factories by workers getting paid not a whole lot better than minimum wage. Also do you have an amp or powerful stereo system? Check that battery again and make sure battery cables are clean and tight.
