1992 acura integra no spark no fuel

i have basically rebuilt the distributer. Replaced the main relay and tried two know good ecus. I still have o spark and no fuel. The fuel pum does pump.

crazy,but I will ask,is the rotor button turning?Is the timing belt broken?Have you replaced the components in the distributor with all new parts?The pick up coils are bad to go out,and the modules,and the coils.
