Tail lights don't work and instrument panel won't light up on 2007 corolla

you blew a fuse. check fuses in both fuse boxes..
ahh yes, the IP cluster lamps are dad, but not the idiot warning lights
only the parking lights in the cluster are dead. right.?
and the park-tail, running lights and dash dim lights are all the same.
my guess three is a short on the TAIL fuse, the TAIL fuse blew
and took out: park-tail, running lights and dash dim lights are all the same.

Turn signal not working

TAIL LIGHT NOT WORKING

It can be faulty tail light bulb or its issue with tail light control switch or its wiring's are short.

Check the voltage at fuse slot of tail light.Do you receive 12 volt there. If not, then it says tail light switch is not receiving power supply.

The tail lights do not work. The headlights, blinkers, and brake lights work. I checked the fuses and they are all good.

It can be faulty tail light bulb or its issue with tail light control switch or its wiring's are short.

Tail lights dont turn on

1. Replace your car tail light. You will need working gloves to protect your hand during the process. Of course you will also need a screwdriver, cleaning cloth, wire brush, and a good set of tail light bulbs.

2.Understand that different models of car have different set of tail light covers. Naturally, these covers will require different un-installation procedures. So, determine if you can dismount the cover from the outside or you will have to dismount it from the trunk of the car.

3.Determine how to dismount the tail light cover, carefully detach it from the car. You can use different sets of screwdrivers for this. Be careful not to break the tail lights cover. The important thing is you must be able to expose the bulb in order to extract it.

4.Remove the tail lights cover, unscrew the bulb from its socket. Sometimes you will have to press a little and twist the bulb in order to extract it from the socket.

5.Extract the bulb, bring it to your favorite auto parts and accessories store and find the exact match of your tail light bulb. Be sure to get the correct match because if you use other types of bulb, your tail lights may not work properly.

6.Reinstall the tail light bulb, clean the aluminum casing of the tail light. Wipe the socket and wiring with a dry cloth. You can use wire brush if there are corrosion around the tail light casing.

7.Put the good bulb on the socket. You might still need to apply a little pressure on the socket before you can install it fully.

8.Reinstall the tail light bulb, replace the cover of the tail lights and secure it tightly.

9.Test to make sure your new tail lights are working. Start the engine and apply the brakes. You can ask someone to see if the tail lights are really working.

2007 tail light fuse location honda crv

I had this problem with my 2007 Honda CRV -- all the lights worked EXCEPT the tail/running lights and the license plate light. The other tail lights worked -- brake, reverse, indicators, and hazards. Front headlights also worked, but when the headlights went on the back tail lights did not (not to safe for driving at night!!)
The fuse was #15 in the interior fuse box (under the dash driver side) with the label "small exterior lights" ( also check fuse #19 labeled "small lights main"). The cause of my problem, I believe, is a bad or lose wire in my license plate light.

How do i replace the tail light bulb?

to replace the GM tail light bulb, you will drop down the tail gate and you will notice 2 screws on the tail light assembly, you will remove those 2 screws with the proper screw driver, once you do that the whole tail light assembly will come off, then you will see onother 2 screws holding the light panel to the tail light assembly, or brackets holding the light panel to the tail light assembly remove either or and you will have access to the three bulbs on that light panel, replace the burnt one and follow the same intrunctions to put back.
