I have a 2005 trailblazer and rear tires lock up

i have a 2005 trailblazer and rear tires lock up and now hear humming noise.is it my brakes or rear differential???

It sounds like it's your brakes and they will most likely need to be replaced. Your going to have to have that serviced as soon as possible and they not to drive it to long of a time, if you over heat the brake rotors the wheel bearings may get damaged and that would be an extra expanse.
