Not able to turn on,battery is new it is

not able to turn on,battery is new it is electronic,windows do not open and sunfoor does not open.

if your driver seat is electronic then you pinched a wire and blew a fuse but dont replace the fuse till you fix the wire otherwise you will keep haveing the same problem, this hapend to my grandparents so this is most likely what is wrong
