Water leaks driver side floor

very good chance that it is the heater core that is leaking into the car ,doubtful that this is a job you can do yourself as the dash -or most of it has to come out "youdoit"

Do you notice this after it rains>> This seems to be a common problem with Dodge Vehicles.

There is a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. If this seal is cracked or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood.

You may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. First pour water over the area, if it comes in the car there is your problem.

You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .

Check the weatherstrip of the doors and windows. Also look at the drain plugs int he fire wall. If one becomes blocked it will cause water to backup into the cabin.
