Your description is that of a timing issue.
Either your distributor is off or your timing belt has slipped...
Time to have the timing check/adjusted/corrected.

Cannot be another issue...that I know of

Back fire in the intake

Bad valve timing or sensor/s connections. Read the codes. you will need a repair manual with the codes in it.

2.4 pt cruiser wont try to crank even with starting fluid its got good firing on all cylinders good suction at intake and fuel pumps getting fuel to motor have no way to tell how strong the fuel press

If a volatile starting fluid, typically ether, won't make it fire or even sound like it is trying to fire the problem is likely to be with the spark though if attempting to start continuously for some time hasn't caused the smell of petrol about the place and caused the spark plugs to show signs of wetness there probably isn't any injection taking place either.

In the absence of both spark and injection it could be an immobiliser problem or it could be one or both of the positional sensors (crankshaft or camshaft) or the connections or wiring or the ECU that has failed.
A code read might help.

I suggest spending some time checking the fuses first and then carry out a thorough visual inspection of all the associated pipes, wires and cables before moving on to a more in depth diagnosis.

Good luck!

Start problem poping back though intake now want turn over

Popping in the intake can be caused by a number of things:
  1. Lean fuel mixture [can be anything in the fuel system]
  2. Faulty ignition [from the battery to the ignition switch and everything in between to the spark plugs]
  3. Valve timing off [like a timing belt or chain slipped a notch] including bent valves from the timing having slipped
  4. Valve adjustment
  5. Flat cam; lobe(s) worn so that the exhaust valve isn't opening
  6. Crank position sensor
  7. EGR stuck open

the only word i found , clear was pops

this is back fire, but to intake side or exhaust.?
intake side is bad spark timing.
exh side is gross over fueling and cracks in the exhaust pipe,
causing what is called, muffler explosions... loud report
the intake pops are back fires and is a not so loud , cough. sound.
or hickup
induction back fire is 90% bad ignition, and 10% causes by huge lean conditions.

Car wont fire up, just an occasional pop!

YES! if it pops back through the intake, you have either 1 or more intake valves too tight. If its not throught the intake, then check the exhaust valves. One trick to check the exhaust valves is to place a dollar bill over your exhaust, it should ALWAYS flap back away from the exhaust pipe. If at anytime the bill sucks up into the exhaust, then you do have an exhaust valve too tight. Its kinda like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAgpZndF9aM

1993 Chevy Silverado PU 1500, backfire, sputter, die

they might have not put the proper gap on the plugs..and might have over filled the engine with too much oil..
