Our 1996 Ford Taurus Wagon GL, the power steering

Our 1996 Ford Taurus Wagon GL, the power steering is intermittant,same with radio and some of the dash lights(seat belt etc)We think the ignition switch is the problem? What do you think? The power steering was very smooth feeling compared to normal and the car stalled when steering wheel was turned.
